We are seeking a Leasing Stabilization Manager (On-site) to join our growing team! In addition to the hourly wage and benefits, this position offers a lucrative commission structure.

The main objectives are to fill in on-site as a leasing consultant, improve leasing performance of underperforming assets, and to provide feedback/recommendations. While onsite, this role will handle the day-to-day operation of leasing, resident relations, and all correlating responsibilities. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must obtain leasing or broker license within 30 days of employment
• Required to work weekends
