The Maintenance Supervisor is preferred, but not required to have at least 3 years of experience in areas such as, but not limited to:
• Apartment make-readies
• Day to day operations
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Appliance repair
• Electrical
