Job Description
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
This position will be mostly traveling and work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Public Safety or automotive a plus but not necessary
We provide hands-on product demonstrations and support at your location by one of our dedication outside sales professionals so you can see it before you buy it. We utilize current model police vehicles that are fully equipped with the latest products from name brand manufacturers. This allows our customers to get a hands-on experience with all the features and benefits available as products are constantly evolving.
We provide repairs and maintenance of existing customer's vehicles. Onsite service at your location or vehicle transportation to and from your facility are also available at Valor Outfitters.
