Our practice is actively seeking a LMSW or LCSW therapist to join our team ASAP. The therapist must be willing to see clients in-person four days a week and in the evenings to meet our current demand.

We were founded in 2018 and serve adults living and working in Central Brooklyn. Our client population consists largely of individuals in their 20's and 30's, including couples, university students, and young professionals in tech, performing arts, and creative fields. Duties:

• Hold 20-25 (LMSW) or 25-30 (LCSW) 45-minute therapy sessions a week (individual and/or couples)
• Attend biweekly couples therapy seminar and case conference with staff
• Attend weekly individual supervision (LMSW)
• Attend monthly staff meeting

The best fit for this position is a therapist who:

• Works from a contemporary psychodynamic, relational/interpersonal orientation
• Uses a sexuality and gender affirmative therapy approach
• Has experience and/or interest in working with clients who are members of the LGBTQI communities
• Is flexible in practice, adept at meeting each client according to their individual needs and capabilities
• Has experience and/or interest in couples/relationship therapy

Requirements:

• MSW degree
• Psychodynamic relational/interpersonal orientation (integrative in interventions)
• Availability evenings until 9PM

Pay & Benefits:

• This is an employment (W-2) position paid according to clinical services rendered
• LMSW pay starts at $65 per clinical hour.
• LMSW may have the opportunity to transition to a staff position once licensed
• LCSW pay starts at $95 per clinical hour a
• Up to 40 hours of PTO per calendar year (on an accrual basis)
• $400 monthly insurance premium reimbursement (not taxed as income)
• $250 per year provided for CE credits
