GroundsPRO, LLC is a full-service commercial grounds maintenance company that strives to provide the best customer service and products in the industry. We offer our clients a great wealth of knowledge and experience to help protect and improve our clients’ assets in the Greater Indianapolis Region.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED PEOPLE that can perform a variety of landscape maintenance functions that may include, but not limited to: mowing, trimming, irrigation, edging, pruning, landscape installation, and snow removal.

YOU NEED TO:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be able to comprehend and follow instructions

• Use assigned tools and equipment in a proper and safe manner

• Learn and perform basic planting skills

• Perform regular safety inspections on vehicle and trailer

• Adhere to company policies, standards, and safety guidelines

• Be able to communicate with supervisors regarding progress of tasks

• Lift 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift/move more

• Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned tasks

• Meet all applicable Federal and State mandated labor laws

• Be able to withstand strenuous work in adverse weather conditions

WE PREFER:

• 1 year of landscape industry experience, but it's not necessary. We will train you!

• Driver's License and insurable by company's agent
