- Take ownership of project Profit and Loss, ensuring projects are planned and executed efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects ranging from $5-$20M, from award to closeout.
- Liaise with Superintendents, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Engineers, Architects, and Clients to ensure project success.
- Oversee project setup, budgeting, purchase orders, and project file maintenance.
- Develop master project schedules and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular field inspections and prepare monthly cost projections.
- Review subcontractor payment requests and manage project documentation.
- 5 years of project management experience in construction.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience and knowledge of civil construction required
- Proficiency in reading project plans and specifications.
- Experience in civil construction, including dirt, concrete, pipe, and underground earthwork.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging from $5-$10M.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong grasp of Construction Math concepts.
