Responsibilities:
Take ownership of project Profit and Loss, ensuring projects are planned and executed efficiently.
Manage multiple projects ranging from $5-$20M, from award to closeout.
Liaise with Superintendents, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Engineers, Architects, and Clients to ensure project success.
Oversee project setup, budgeting, purchase orders, and project file maintenance.
Develop master project schedules and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct regular field inspections and prepare monthly cost projections.
Review subcontractor payment requests and manage project documentation.
Qualifications:
5 years of project management experience in construction.
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience and knowledge of civil construction required
Proficiency in reading project plans and specifications.
Experience in civil construction, including dirt, concrete, pipe, and underground earthwork.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging from $5-$10M.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong grasp of Construction Math concepts.
