We are seeking an experienced Automotive Controller - VP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in the automotive industry and a strong background in financial management and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations for the Dealerships
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the Dealerships
- Manage the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accounting standards
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making for the Dealerships
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency

This is a hands on position, staff training and recruitment is a must.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics, including dealership operations, OEM relationships, and industry trends
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office suite

The pay range for this position is $120,000 per year to $200,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities may be available if key milestones and KPI are achieved.
