A sales representative for Groovy Hues is responsible for promoting and selling the company's painting services to potential customers. This may involve conducting market research to identify potential customers and their needs, developing sales strategies to target these customers, and making sales presentations to persuade potential customers to use the company's services. The sales representative may also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and providing them with ongoing support and assistance. In addition, the sales representative may be responsible for managing the sales process, from initial contact with the customer to the final sale and payment. This may include preparing quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring that the customer's needs are met. Overall, the sales representative plays a crucial role in helping the Groovy Hues grow and succeed by securing new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
· Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
· Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
· Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
· Must have a strong work ethic.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Must complete other projects, as assigned
· Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
· Monitor and review all workorders to ensure customer expectations are met.
· Maintain constant communication between all departments on current workorders.
· Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
· Manage and maintain daily reporting.
· Answering new and existing customers phone calls while following sales processes
· Cold calling, door knocking, meeting with prospective clients when needed
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
· Must have one or more years of experience in customer service/commercial sales.
· Must have a working knowledge of CRM programs
