Overview of Position

We are seeking a Deployment Manager to ensure smooth project execution, supporting both our project management and field services teams. The Deployment Manager will be key in turning project plans into reality, taking charge of the scope of work and guiding it to success. This role involves providing remote support for on-site configurations, troubleshooting, and offering implementation guidance.

What you’ll own

• Review the Statement of Work (SOW) prepared by the engineering team and discuss it with assigned Field Ops team members.
• Owns the success of the scope of work and ensures it’s carried out swiftly, accurately, and successfully.
• Design, Plan, and execute an action plan for solution implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and project budget & timeline success.
• Create daily project milestones based on SOW for daily project deliverables and proactive status updates to the Project Manager.
• Verification on FUSE workspace for Project is created and ready for deployment phase.
• Partner with Field Ops team members to update FUSE deliverables throughout the project.
• Daily check-in with the field ops team for any needs/challenges/direction.
• Provide remote support for on-site technicians from start to completion.
• Daily updates to the Project Manager on the status or possible needs for change orders.
• Update project notes in CRM as well as project deployment stages.
• First line of defense for any technical escalation/needs.
• Provide feedback to Engineering teams on engineered solutions and any areas of opportunity or refinement.
• Performs quality audit on installation to ensure 100% compliance with Groove and industry standards.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Experience and skills you’ll have

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal communication skills are required.
• Resourceful technology problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Access control systems & Smart Locks
  • Dormakaba, Assa Abloy, Latch, Salto, Yale, and other major product lines
• Experience with Video Surveillance Systems
  • NVR
  • Cloud recording
  • Cameras
• Understanding and/or experience with low-voltage cabling is a plus.
