SEEKING ....

We are seeking a passionate, positive-minded and hard-working individual with a love for dance and for kids. We are an out-of-the-box company looking for trustworthy, efficient, highly motivated instructor to train, with exceptional people skills. The ideal candidate has experience in various dance styles (contemporary, ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap- but not required )

Training will include choreographing and staging performances, creating lesson plans for a various ages / skill levels, creating a positive classroom environment, as well as student management and communication. Ability to substitute for other teachers is required.

SKILL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS - please show this on your resume or send a cover letter explaining your experience.

• Minimum of 4 years Experience of Dance in a variety of dance styles
• Experience in working with kids in any capacity
• Ability to take correction and apply it, and to speak loudly / energetically

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to demonstrate, kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbs
