Wages are up to $44.50/hr based on experience/licensure.Bell offers additional benefits, including:Up to $10,000 sign on bonus!Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for you and your familyWeekly pay!Multiple monthly bonus opportunitiesFully stocked company vehicle you can drive to and from work100% company paid express toll & gas cardsCompany provided uniforms, iPhone, and iPadA respectful, fun, supportive work environmentWHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you are responsible for identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing issues pertaining to Bell’s customers’ HVAC and boiler systems.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSPossess a minimum of 4 years of HVAC and boiler experienceEPA Type 2 or UniversalAbility to test and repair boilers by operating the systemSuccessfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systemsOperate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors, ductless mini-splits and hydronic boilersBuild client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skillsEducate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirementsIdentify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overviewDocument service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or recordsComplete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
