Job Description:
*Salary: $13.50 - $20.50 per hour*
URGENTLY HIRING
Hiring Multiple Candidates
As a Groome Shuttle driver, you are responsible for keeping yourself and your passengers safe while transporting them between our local stops and airport(s).
Like driving rideshare but tired of the wear and tear on your car and increased insurance? Come drive a Groome vehicle for set routes, more consistent hours/money, and potential for cash tips daily, while still maintaining a sense of independence. Come join a team that provides your community daily, safe, and reliable transportation to and from your community’s major airport(s).
What You’ll Do:
  • Follow a checklist to inspect your vehicle before and after driving
  • Work consistent full or part-time hours
  • Safely load and unload passengers and their luggage up to 50 lbs
  • Interact with Groome customers with a professional and positive attitude
  • Understand and follow safe driving guidelines and practices

  • Safety and service-oriented individuals
  • Willing to learn and use company handheld technology
  • Able to drive and sit for extended periods of time
  • Punctual and flexible individuals with a team mindset
  • Availability to work nights, days, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 21 years of age with valid driver’s license
  • Satisfactory completion of each of the following:
  • Background investigation
  • Pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Pre-employment and renewal DOT physical and agilities test
  • Motor Vehicle Report
  • Pass annual or biennial dot physicals
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
