Job Description:

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers, following all state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of safe and reliable driving, with experience in navigating delivery routes, managing inventory levels, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and timely deliver cannabis products to customers
• Manage inventory levels of cannabis products in delivery vehicle
• Follow all state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry
• Handle payments and reconcile invoices for wholesale customers who pay COD
• Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (excluding Cannabis)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate delivery routes and manage inventory levels
• Strong understanding of compliance with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry
• Ability to handle payments and reconcile invoices

Work Environment:

Driving 95%-100% of the workday. May be required to work/stay overnight based on delivery needs. Must operate compliantly with State and Local Law regarding drive time. 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time in vehicle
• Ability to lift 25-40lbs 

Compensation: 

position starts at $45,000/year
