We are a boutique personal injury law firm seeking a high level, full-time litigation paralegal to join our team working on catastrophic personal injury cases. We have a collegial environment with attorneys who will respect your opinions and appreciate your efforts to help our clients and their families. We are looking for a candidate who is diligent, well-organized, and independent.

Skills and Job Duties

- Managing court appearances, court deadlines and attorney schedules

- Scheduling depositions

- Drafting letters

- Drafting simple motions (i.e. discovery motions)

- Filing documents with the courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

- Drafting written discovery requests and responses

- Communicating with clients

- Communicating with medical professionals to obtain medical records and expert reports.

- Proficient with Windows based operating systems, including Microsoft 365

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
