We are currently seeking exceptionalAssociate Attorneys that possess:

• Active license in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar Association (active license in New York, Massachusetts and/or Florida a plus);
• Experience in Third Party Property Liability claims representation;
• Excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills;
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
• A commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice;
• Proficiency in technology and program resources including, but not limited to, all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping and billing software;
• Experience in court proceedings, depositions, mediations; as well as litigation strategy planning with clients.
