Responsibilities:
-Maintain a clean and stocked appearance in Fresh departments such as meat, dairy, deli and produce

-Able to lift 25 - 50lbs, this position is physically demanding so team members are expected to practice safe lifting ergonomics

-Availability nights and weekends

-Organizing shelves, checking dates and reporting to management, setting up displays, and maintain organization.

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of merchandising plans
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to implement competitive pricing
