Grizzly Storage, a local family-owned storage company, is seeking a full-time site manager. This manager would oversee Grizzly’s Bogan Ave location and provide coverage as needed at two other facilities.

Compensation includes full-time hourly rate plus commission.

The ideal candidate is:

· A personable ambassador for the company, treating customers and coworkers with courtesy, respect and enthusiasm for helping others.

· A self-starter, looking for opportunities to improve operations and/or service, with particular attention to matching customer needs with company services across three locations.

· An excellent steward of resources, ensuring facilities are securely and efficiently operated and well-maintained.

· A critical thinker, able to identify behaviors and situations that are outside the norm of business operations and acting quickly within scope of authority or seeking immediate support as needed.

· Competent with computer, printer, and phone operation.

· Competent with programs like Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Experienced with or able to learn self-storage management software.

· Able to speak, read and write English.

· Able to bend, squat and lift 35 lbs.

· Bondable and holding a valid driver’s license.

· Able to drive a golf cart.
