Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent ADN plus transferable experience.
    • Preferred: Master’s degree in healthcare or MBA.
  • Minimum Work Experience:
    • Registered nurse with clinical and management experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of prior leadership experience.
    • Documented competence in the area of practice.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong nursing clinical skills in outpatient medical clinics.
    • Highly developed leadership skills to work effectively with various constituents.
    • Experience with office software and electronic health records.
  • Required Licenses:
    • Registered Nursing License in Idaho or a compact state.
    • Current Basic Life Support certification.
