GritHR Solutions is Hiring a Remote Marketing & Sales Intern
Job Overview: Under the direction of the CEO, utilizes the internship as an opportunity for learning and career growth with a focus on creating and optimizing various B2B marketing strategies. In addition, this role will combine sales/business development activities such as managing email campaigns, generating leads, and participating in sales meetings. Essential Functions:Marketing
Conduct market analysis and research on trends in the HR outsourcing industry
Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
In collaboration with the Managing Director, posts relevant blogs on the company’s website and other relevant channels
Sales/Business Development
Proactive outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and social media (i.e. LinkedIn)
Preparation of proposals and contracts
Liaising with clients and vendors on behalf of the company
Attends sales meetings with Managing Director
Keeps CRM and other applicable records updated
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
Adheres to company work practices
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and management
Documents work processes as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for marketing, communications, business, or in a similar field or recent graduate
Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
Good understanding of the latest B2B marketing trends and techniques
Excellent written and oral communication skills
