Grit Coffee Roastery & Cold Brew | Part Time Warehouse Assistant

Grit Coffee and Snowing In Space are looking for a Part Time Warehouse Assistant for our Coffee Roasting, Cold Brew Production and Fulfillment Warehouse. Grit Coffee is a growing coffee roasting company with eight cafes in the Charlottesville and Richmond areas. Snowing in Space is a cold brew production, packaging, and distribution company that reaches up the East Coast and into the Midwest. We produce and package a lot of coffee!

We are looking for a part time employee to assist with basic warehouse functions. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Janitorial duties such as mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and bathroom cleaning
• Assist with coffee packaging
• Unloading and organizing shipments and deliveries
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Sorting and organizing inventory
• Packaging and labeling products for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Schedule | Anticipated 15-20 hours per week. Flexible schedule between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday -Friday. (A consistent schedule will be agreed upon once hired)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
