Our team in Fargo is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is eager to make a substantial difference in the lives of our elderly clients. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality companionship and personal care to our elderly clients.
• Assist with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a safe home environment.
• Monitor changes in clients' health or behavior and report to healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to personalized care plans and maintain accurate, up-to-date client care records.
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care. Requirements :
• Day time availability ranging from 7am-5pm
• Available to work at least every other weekend.
• Previous experience (at lease 2 years) in caring for a client or family member, current CNA or HHA certification is strongly preferred.
• A compassionate, caring personality with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• COVID vaccinated is prefered, but not required. Benefits :
