Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team for the upcoming season. The Bartender will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by crafting delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Adhere to all alcohol service guidelines and regulations, including checking identification and preventing over-serving.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient and timely service to guests.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.02 - $23.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
