Job Summary:
Griffith Ford Seguin is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Seguin, Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance operations at our dealership, guiding customers through the vehicle purchase and financing process, and building strong relationships with financial institutions. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry with a competitive base salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance and insurance operations at the dealership
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, including financing options and additions such as extended warranties or service plans
- Build relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing options for customers
- Accurately complete all financing paperwork and submit to financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maximize finance and insurance sales by effectively offering and promoting additional products and services
- Work closely with the sales team to identify financing opportunities for customers
- Train and mentor sales team on finance and insurance processes and products
- Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate records
- Participate in department meetings and training programs as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and increasing finance and insurance sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financing and insurance regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
