As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, in general, you will provide support to clients and the Account Executive. This a a service oriented position.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Required - Bilingual Spanish /English
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 1-3 years of insurance agency experience
- Understanding of insurance terms and coverages
- Team player and problem solver
- Computer software in using Microsoft Office and carrier rating software
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
- Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs
