Griffin Home Group is the top preforming real estate team in the area - serving over 300 clients each year.
We are searching for a Transaction Coordinator. The Transaction Coordinator (TC) is a client facing, agent support position. The TC manages all of the fine details between the time that our clients go under contract, until they sit at the closing table.
The ideal TC does not have to hold an active real estate license, but real estate contract knowledge is required. Individuals without contract knowledge will not be considered for an interview at this time. An active license does allow for additional income opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities/skills:

- Real estate contract knowledge
- Title and mortgage knowledge is a definite plus
This position is perfect for a current agent seeking stability, a former agent looking to get back into the industry or someone who worked alongside real estate agents in another industry.
