Jiffy Lube is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service center and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the service center
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and mentor a team of automotive technicians and support staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating work shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
