Overview:
The Grieco Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Office manager or Controller to help with day-to-day functions at the corporate office in Smithfield RI. This is a corporate roll with a Great opportunity to advance with a growing company.
MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including but not limited to: managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
- Handle accounts payable and general ledger reconciliation
- Utilize Sage or similar software for technical accounting tasks
-Provide support in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Oversee inventory management
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role for a car dealserhip.
- knowledge of financial concepts and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
