Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Part Time Inventory Specialist to join a great team and have a real impact on the business! 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate stellar organizational skills, the ability to work with little supervision, have high acumen for detail, and have a positive impact overall. 

Responsibilities:

As part of our inventory team, you will manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. 

  • Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner; pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy
  • Track all orders via delivery software
  • Note inventory levels and place orders with vendors
  • Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide customer service where necessary
  • Process RMA goods for warranty replacement with vendors
  • Proper processing and tracking for both inbound and outbound gear
  • Evaluation of hardware to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility.
  • Refurbishment of inventory to return to service
  • May perform minor equipment repairs 
  • Be able to perform individually at or above expectations 

Qualifications, skills, and knowledge:

  • Previous Inventory Coordinator and/or telecommunications experience preferred 
  • Strong data entry and customer service skills 
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires some knowledge and experience in the areas of local and wide-area networks, communications and related hardware and software (routers, switches, phones, etc.)
  • Ability to think outside of the box and search for innovative solutions
  • Demonstrates positive work attitude and leadership skills
