  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and implementation vendors to define project scope, objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Implement a unified tech stack for project management, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Drive change management initiatives to gain internal acceptance for new processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all projects.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to gather requirements, communicate project status, and ensure alignment between automation initiatives and business objectives.
  • Strive to understand the business we are in and help identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify project roadblocks and help determine paths forward.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience driving organizational change and managing resistance to change, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate lending and servicing processes, regulations, and industry trends is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and executives.
