As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play an important role in the lives of the people you support helping them to develop skills that enhance their independence, achieve personal goals and dreams, support and maintain their healthcare needs, participate in life enriching activities and provide positive behavior guidance.

Starting Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 and hour based on experience and education.

$500 retention bonus for full time positions after 6 months of continuous employment.
