JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Lead the A/B Testing Process across the Org and Manage Backlog: Develop A/B Testing backlog, including the coordination across a cross functional team to manage on-going tests and outputs.
2. Identify optimization opportunities to drive performance at the property and aggregate level: Leverage various data analysis and testing results to drive continuous site performance results.
3. Collaborate with Stakeholders/Business Partners: This role will be working in concert with a broader digital transformation effort that crosses multiple teams in a highly matrixed organization.
4. Provide monthly analysis and reporting, develop insights: This individual will oversee the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, as well as the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that measure the performance and impact of digital initiatives.
5. Drive data integrity and best practices within the team and across the organization: This individual will also ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis, establishes and enforces testing and analytics best practices and standards, and fosters a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.
Other Responsibilities:
Complete various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Flexibility to engage across dynamically changing project responsibilities, similar to a start-up environment.
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
