• 84 months experience in database design, create Tables, Stored procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions using T-SQL in SQL Server database.
• 84 months experience developing complex business system using the Microsoft .NET Framework including ASP.NET 6, C#, REST and Web API and Entity Framework.
• 60 months experience in leading design and architect entire project/application from the back end.
• 60 months experience in design and develop complex reports using SSRS
• 60 months experience working with agency/business subject matter experts (SME) to understand business needs/requirements, Vendors of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, and IT teams to determine and design application and system requirements.

Detailed Job Description: Grants Management System - The grants bureau has been using an out-of-date grants warehouse to store data related to grants and applicants. This system must be updated as support is discontinued, and the system is failing. In addition to a new warehouse, the system must be integrated with grants gateway application as the Parks team uses the system for grants management. Revenue Application - This project will redesign and reengineer the current Revenue Application System at OPRHP using modern and supported hardware and software platforms, consolidating common system processes, and leveraging automation to streamline the business processes. The position is a .Net developer to work on the Grants and Revenue projects. Develop .Net components, REST services, SQL Server database scripts and stored procedures based on design specifications.
