Position: IT Recruiter

Location: Edison, NJ

Duration: Permanent

Number of position: Multiple

***Must be local to Edison area. NO REMOTE WORK***

Required skills:

• Must be proficient working with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends would be plus but not mandatory.
• Basic Programming Knowledge is plus but we can teach technical skills for non IT/Computer background students.
• Should be able to work independently and do multitasking.

Work Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, identifying, evaluating and screening, submission, setting up interviews, soliciting feedback and coordinating with candidate.
• Perform searches into company databases, Internet recruiting databases, networking, cold calls and advertising to identify qualified profiles.
• Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. (H1, , s).
• Recruiting candidates using job portals Dice, Monster combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
