As a Grey Square agent, you also gain access to our exclusive revenue sharing program. Personal Deals:

• Grey Square Agents are eligible for up to three (3) personal deals per Anniversary Year. Agents only pay a $285 transaction fee - instead of the 20% split to Grey Square on personal deals.

• Consistent Lead Generation: Receive regular, high-quality leads directly into your CRM.
• Lead Management Coaching: Expert training on effective lead handling and conversion.

Fees:

-No Initial Costs: Begin without any upfront fees, focusing solely on closing deals.

-Transaction Fee: Included TC until post-cap, then a fee of $285 per transaction, with comprehensive support from our coordinators.

-Resource Fee: Covers:

• - Custom CRM, client portal, and goal tracking.
• - Business communication tools.
• - In-depth training and coaching.
• - E&O Insurance.
• - Administrative support for sales and marketing.
