We are actively seeking a skilled recruitment professional to join our team and perform full-cycle recruitment for Gresham Smith. This position will serve as a key sourcing specialist and strategist while collaborating with our internal clients to support their workforce planning needs and staffing goals.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of recruitment experience with a primary focus on sourcing Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design candidates in an effort to secure and hire the very best talent for our firm.
