The IT Support Analyst provides innovative IT solutions to complex technology problems to increase the quality of the firm’s technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform root cause analysis to assist staff and users with solving highly complex technology-related problems.
• Develop and direct projects to improve help desk support capability.
• Evaluate and manage support calls to ensure timely resolution and distribution of knowledge.
• Develop and provide expert technical training, technical coaching and mentoring to other help desk and IT staff.​

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma (or GED) and more than eight years of job-related experience, OR associate degree and four years of experience, OR bachelor's degree and two years of experience, OR graduate degree and zero to two years of experience required.
