Greg's Sandwich Works is a family owned business in Chattanooga, TN.

We are looking for a dishwasher/meat slicer. You would come in 1 day aweek for dishwasher and 2 days a week to slice meat.

11:00-6:00, on Wednesday. We will also have 2 extra days available if you can slice meat (prior experience required.) We can start at 10:00 if you show an ability to help out in the kitchen prepping for the day. We offer a free lunch each day you work and you get a 30 minute lunch.

```Duties:```

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

-Slice meat using automated slicer

-Weigh, portion, and store meats and cheeses

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
