We are looking for a customer focused individual to help us manage our lot for our Collision Center!!! The successful candidate would be doing everything to make our lot look awesome and inviting!!!! You will be working as a Collision Technician TRAINEE at our Buick/GMC Campus assisting not only with our lot but washing cars and running parts errands. Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Exhibit our core values in all interactions with guests and team members
• Meet or exceed applicable collision center metrics each month
• Assist with paint preparations for Collision Technicians
• Assist with vehicle inventory in Collision Center
• Assist Collision Technician and admin with necessary paperwork
• Other duties to be determined by Collision Center Manager
• Follow all O.S.H.A. and Dealer safety guidelines
• Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment 

Job Requirements:

• Have obtained or obtaining High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
• Ability to follow processes and take direction
• Must be able to work in a non air-conditioned environment
