Established in 1992, Greenwood Industries is a privately held company that’s grown to become one of the Top 10 commercial roofing and building envelope systems contractors in the United States. We are headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, with nine locations throughout the Northeast.

Greenwood Industries is looking to hire a Bid Coordinator based out of our Worcester, MA headquarters. The Bid Coordinator responsibilities will include but not limited to the following

Bid Coordinator

· Working with estimator to submit Bids either electronically or by delivery

· Printing bid documents, plans, specs and bid forms

· Handling delivery of bids

· Attending job walkthroughs

· Maintaining the company bid list and calendar

· Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Construction background preferred
• Effective time management Skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
