GreenWise Dispensary of Tupelo is now offering employment opportunities for Dispensary Staff. We are actively seeking a Patient Relations Specialist (PRS).

As a Patient Relations Specialist (PRS) for GreenWise of Tupelo the skill set of an ideal candidate would include the abilities to:

Ensure that the GreenWise Dispensary maintains a clean, professional and inviting atmosphere for our team and patients. The PRS will maintain accurate knowledge of our product lines, including product descriptions, dosage and possible treatment regimens. The PRS will stay updated on Greenwise price points, daily/weekly specials and accurately communicate to our patients. The PRS will assist the Dispensary Manager in opening/closing, inventory maintenance, product display preservation and maintenance, as needed. This position requires a commitment to the overall success of the dispensary by providing superior customer service and sales to our Medical Cannabis Patients.

Qualifications: • High school degree or general education degree (GED) is required. • 3 years Retail Sales/Customer Service experience required • Must be at least 21 years old • Must pass a thorough internal and external federal background check • Must obtain and maintain a valid MS Medical Cannabis work permit.
