Job Title: Dispatcher
Reports To: Logistics Manager
Supervises Others: No
Minimum Salary: $15.00 Hourly; Non-exempt

Essential Functions:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
· Knowledge, skill and ability to articulate and communicate to drivers, the public and other WPRTA employees
· Knowledge of Authority’s services and operating practices and policies
· Ability and skill to operate various types of equipment to include multiple phone line, two-way radios, mobile phones, computers and other office equipment
· Ability to make decision and take initiative
· Ability to avoid and respond to service interruptions
· Knowledge of time management and ability to multitask
· Knowledge and ability to use the English language both written and orally
· Customer service skills
· Ability to work flexible hours to include over-time
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to perform light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
