We are actively searching for a Full-Time Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join the exciting, talented team of this growing company. POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text, photo, and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a social media marketing coordinator, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express Greenway’s views and values creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customers engagement.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence on various social media platforms.
  • Generate, edit, and publish consistent and original content on various social media platforms
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
  • Respond to social media inboxes, post comments, and questions.
  • Attending networking events in the community to build/maintain professional relationships.
  • Maintain the various memberships of associations the company is participants of.
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
  • Translate team ideas and objectives into creative and engaging content
  • Capture photos and short videos; provide edits as needed.
  • Monitor tracking and reporting processes for marketing campaigns; report to the team with recommendations for improving same
  • Contribute to the design and build of annual social media and marketing plans, management of this plan throughout the year.
  • Design and generate email campaigns, as necessary.
  • Interface with webmaster to implement new and update existing content.
  • Assist in managing future endeavors such as a blog, monthly newsletter, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree in marketing and social media strongly preferred, but not required.
  • At least 2 years social media marketing experience
  • Experience developing social media strategies and developing a marketing plan.
  • Outstanding understanding of social media platforms (FB, IG, TT, YT, P) and their analytics tools as well as comfort in repurposing content and developing the right voice across all of those platforms
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and multitasking skills
  • Specific skills in creative editing and translation of content, content repurposing and strategic posting.
  • Strong visual eye for designing and creating graphics; applicable to promotional graphics, social media posts, and PowerPoint slides.
  • Self-motivated, assertive personality who can operate effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset
  • Ability to listen, adapt and incorporate feedback.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) and Adobe
  • Knowledge of landscaping and horticultural industry strongly preferred but not required – must be willing to learn if not already familiar.

This position requires travel to and from job sites, networking events, and in-office work
