Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Lawn Maintenance foreman to efficiently run their own crew 5 days a week. Approximately 45-50 hours with overtime pay. If we receive rain during the week, you are expected to work Saturday.

Looking for a minimum of 3 years experience working on a commerical or residential lawn crew.

Winter work also available starting at $25/hour driving a snow plow truck clearing parking lots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance staff, ensuring the upkeep of grounds, and executing various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of lawn maintenance workers in daily tasks.
- Maintain and repair equipment, machinery I.e. sharpen and change mower blades.
- Oversee landscape and garden bed maintenance (de-weed beds) on a hand full of accounts.

Health insurance available after 30 days.

Skills:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing a team effectively
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks such as, landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and snow service Is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Communication skills for coordinating with team members. Ability to speak Spanish is great but not mandatory.
