Job Duties

Greenway Beer and Wine is a retail beer, wine and sake shop with a full tasting bar. We are currently seeking a customer centric sales associate to join our team.

Job description: Customer Service / Sales / Cashiering / Serving Drinks / Stocking / Cleaning.

Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting, assisting and efficiently responding to customer needs and inquiries.

We utilize product knowledge, selection and recognizing our customers buying preferences to ensure that our customers receive the best quality and value to satisfy their needs.

You will be accountable for accurate cash handling and credit card transactions.

In addition to selling product and pouring drinks, our sales associates are expected to assist with receiving, stocking shelves, coolers, general merchandising, washing glassware and polishing wine glasses as they are put away.

All members of our team work together to ensure a clean, pleasant and safe shopping environment for customers and staff by cleaning as time permits as well as polishing bottles to keep them shining for customers.

The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include daytime, evening, weekend and holiday hours.

Job requirements: Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.

General knowledge of craft beer, wine and sake and the desire to learn more about our specific products.

Exceptional customer service skills and energetic upbeat attitude.

Ability to work Days/Nights/Weekends and Holidays as scheduled.

Ability to lift 70lbs. and carry cases of beer and wine.

Ability to change beer kegs and clean the keg lines and taps.

Responsible for loss prevention and damage control.

Must be over 21 years old.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

• Rolesville, NC 27571: Relocate before starting work (Required)
