Job Description:

- Manage all accounting transactions.

- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

- Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the management.

- Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.

- Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.

- Communication, coordination, and project purchase management with vendors for exterior and interior remodeling.

- Transfer excess dead stock to other job sites.

- Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and undertake joint

- Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits.

- Create strong networking within and outside the organization.

- Special projects and/or other duties as assigned.

- Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets.

- Negotiate or renegotiate and administer contracts with vendors.

- Administer bidding process and contracts (e.g. prepare specifications, evaluate bids, recommend, vendors, etc.)

Training and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics or related field required.

- Minimum of five years of work experience in purchasing related field preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.), purchasing software, quickbooks and Resman.

- Proven capability of effectively organizing, motivating and developing people in a complex, matrix-managed organization.

*Compensation is commensurate with experience.
