Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused ITAD Prospector to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, providing exceptional support and information on our products and services. You'll play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers via various channels to provide support and information on assigned products and services.

- Actively seek new business opportunities by contacting current and potential GTS customers.

- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify opportunities to provide information to interested parties.

- Pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, directors, managers, and procurement teams.

- Field customer questions and complaints, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues.

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and identify sales opportunities.

- Customize solutions to meet customer needs and increase satisfaction.

- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.

- Utilize CRM software and MS Office Suite to manage customer interactions and inquiries.

- Communicate with clients to verify shipment receipt and provide customer care.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong service orientation and ability to resolve customer grievances with empathy and efficiency.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay: $49,440.00 - $75,000.00 per year
