• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of experience (Long Term/ Rehab)
• BLS (AHA)

Requirements:

• Resume (Minimum 2 years of experience)
• Skills checklist
• NURSYS report.
• BLS (AHA)
• 2 references (within the last 1 year, at least 1 supervisor reference).
• Driver's license
• Covid Card
• Flu shot.
• Accepting MO/Compact State license only
