We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care and support to expectant mothers during the birthing process, ensuring a safe and comfortable delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor the health of mother and baby throughout labor
- Assist with pain management techniques
- Administer medications as needed
- Support and educate new mothers on postpartum care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing
- Active California license
- BLS, NRP and proof of EFM training
- Proof of negative TB test in the 12 months prior to contract start date
- Ability to float to Med/Surg on occasion
