• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 3 years of ICU experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS required from AHA, NIHSS Covid with Booster; will be required to float

Requirements:

• Resume (Minimum 2 years' experience)
• Skills checklist
• NURSYS report.
• BLS, ACLS & PALS (AHA), TNCC
• 2 references (within last 1 year, at least 1 supervisor reference).
• Driver's license
• Covid Card
• Flu shot
• NY State license only
