Duties: Performs a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining repairing the building. Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform regualr preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance background.

• Electrical license is a plus.
• Must have active driver's license.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and be able to nurture a team environmemt.
